How do I access the course on a computer?

• Go to https://www.midlifecurious.com/

• Log onto the website using the Login button in the top right corner

• Sign Up with either Google, Facebook or Email

• Go to your Account Page in the top right corner and click “My Courses”

• To open the course click “View Program”

 

How do I access the course on my mobile phone?

• Go to https://www.midlifecurious.com/

• Log in by clicking the 3 pink line menu button in the top right corner

• Sign Up with either Google, Facebook or Email

• Click the down arrow (at top of white page) and click “My Courses”

• To open the course click “View Program”

 

How do I navigate through the course?

• Use the navigation menu provided and move through the course by clicking “Next”
